Rainbow Lou Sang (Chinese New Year)

  • 10 pcs VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets
  • 100g VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms
  • 8 pcs cherry tomato, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup Japanese cucumber, jullienned
  • 1 cup pear, julienned
  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 1 cup carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 stalks coriander, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 2 Tbsps plum sauce
  • 8 calamansi lime
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsps water


  1. Airfry or bake frozen VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets and VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl
  3. Arrange all the fruits and vegetables in individual sections on a large plate.
  4. Arrange the airfried or baked VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets and the VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms in the top centre.
  5. When everyone is gathered around the table, drizzle the dressing over the vegetables. Ask everyone to toss the Lou Sang with chopsticks and enjoy!
