Rainbow Lou Sang

- 10 pcs VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets
- 100g VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms
- 8 pcs cherry tomato, cut into quarters
- 1 cup Japanese cucumber, jullienned
- 1 cup pear, julienned
- 1 mandarin orange
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 stalks coriander, chopped
- 2 Tbsps plum sauce
- 8 calamansi lime
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsps water
- Airfry or bake frozen VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets and VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl
- Arrange all the fruits and vegetables in individual sections on a large plate.
- Arrange the airfried or baked VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets and the VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms in the top centre.
- When everyone is gathered around the table, drizzle the dressing over the vegetables. Ask everyone to toss the Lou Sang with chopsticks and enjoy!
