Buttermilk Golden Oyster Mushroom (Crispy)

Ingredients:
- VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushroom – 250gm
- Butter – 50gm
- Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
- Curry leaves – 1/2 cup
- Thai Chillies (chopped) – 4 pcs
- Evaporated Milk – 1/2 cup
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 slice (optional)
- Egg – 1 pc
Preparation
- First, fry the VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushroom until golden brown. Then take it out and leave it aside.
- Add the butter into the pan on medium heat
- Stir Fry the garlic and chili together
- Add the curry leaves and mix well
- Add the evaporated milk and cheese
- Cook until the cheese melts and set it aside.
- You can choose to add the fried mushrooms into the buttermilk sauce or you can also eat it separately.
- Fry an egg – sunny side up.
- Serve with hot rice
