  • VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushroom – 250gm
  • Butter – 50gm
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Curry leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Thai Chillies (chopped) – 4 pcs
  • Evaporated Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese – 1 slice (optional)
  • Egg – 1 pc


  1. First, fry the VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushroom until golden brown. Then take it out and leave it aside.
  2. Add the butter into the pan on medium heat
  3. Stir Fry the garlic and chili together
  4. Add the curry leaves and mix well
  5. Add the evaporated milk and cheese
  6. Cook until the cheese melts and set it aside.
  7. You can choose to add the fried mushrooms into the buttermilk sauce or you can also eat it separately.
  8. Fry an egg – sunny side up.
  9. Serve with hot rice
