Stuffed Japanese Tofu with Seasoned Sushi Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Vegeworld Japanese Tofu Puff (defrosted)

Stuffed fillings  : 

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice 
  • 15 gm Vegan Furikake (store bought) 
  • 25 gm Edamame Pea (steamed)
  • 35 gm Organic Corn kernel (steamed)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil 
  • sea salt (to taste) 
  • crushed black pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

  1. Pan-seared both sides of Vegeworld Japanese Tofu Puff for 1 min each side.Or Air-fryer at 180c for 8-10 mins until golden brown. Then cut open in the between to make space for stuffings.
  2. Cooked sushi rice mix with all the ingredients until well mix 
  3. Stuffed the seasoned mixed rice in the pocket of Vegeworld Japanese Tofu Puff.
  4. Ready to serve on roasted seaweed with shoyu & wasabi.
