  • 1 pkt VegeWorld Japanese Tofu Puff (defrosted)

Thai style Tofu :

  • ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce(store bought)
  • ½ Japanese Cucumber (julienne)
  • 30 gm Crushed Shan Dong Peanuts
  • 10 gm ginger flower(minced)
  • 10 gm lemongrass (minced)
  • 2 gm Bird eye Chili
  • 1 tbsp Thai lime juice


  1. Pan-seared both sides of Vegeworld Japanese Tofu Puff for 1 min each side.Or Air-fryer at 180c for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
  2. Mix Thai Sweet sauce,ginger flower,bird’s eye chili,lime juice in a bowl.Mix it well.
  3. Layout the cooked Japanese Tofu Puff on a plate.Pour the sauce on top of it.
  4. Place the julienne cucumber on top of Japanese Tofu. Garnish with crushed peanuts. Ready to serve.
