Veg. Roasted Chicken Caesar Salad

  • 1 packet Vege Roasted Chicken

GardenĀ Greens:

  • Organic Garden Mix Salad
  • Honey Cherry Tomato

CaesarĀ Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp Plain hummus
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard/Spicy Mustard, to taste
  • Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Capers,minced
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Coarse Blackpepper,to taste
  • Olive Oil (Optional),for creaminess
  • Maple Syrup, to taste


  1. Deep fry the Vege Roasted Chicken at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes or Airfryer at 200c for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl,add in plain hummus,mustard,minced capers,Lemon zest & Olive oil (optional).
  3. Whisk & add a little bit of hot water until well mixed and smooth.
  4. Season with sea salt and black pepper.And maple syrup to offset the tangy and salty flavour (optional)
  5. Place the Garden Greens Salad, cut cherry tomato in a salad bowl/plates.
  6. Topped the Vege Roasted Chicken on the Salad.
  7. Lastly, Pour the dressing on the salad. Serves immediately.
