Christmas BBQ Platter (Christmas 2023)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Vegeworld Roasted chicken
  • 1 pkt     Vegeworld Vege Lamb
  • 2 tbsp    Mint sauce (store bought) 
  • ½ pcs     Lemon juice 
  • 150 g     Asparagus (Batonne)
  • 200 g     Broccoli (Floret)
  • 150 g     Carrot (Batonne)
  • 250 g      Chat Potato (Diced)
  • 50 g        Margarine/Olive Oil (Melted)
  • 20 g        Vegetable Oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp       Sea Salt (To taste)
  • 1 tsp       Hand-Grind Blackpepper Coarse 
  • 5 g          Fresh Rosemary
  • ½ tsp      Cane Sugar 
  • 1 tsp       Smoked  Paprika
  • Corn On Cob (Optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, scoop Mint sauce into the bowl.Squeeze Lemon juice & mix well. Set aside to serve. Preheat Oven at 210c.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in melted margarine,oil,black pepper,salt,smoked paprika & sugar.Mix well. 
  3. Add in all the vege, toss & mix well until all veggies are coated with marination. Lay out on a baking tray. 
  4. Put Vegeworld Roasted Chicken & Vege Lamb(Frozen)  into the baking tray. Bake it for 15-25 minutes until it’s cooked.
  5. Plate it on a nice board/plates, serve with Minty mint sauce.
