Christmas BBQ Platter (Christmas 2023)

Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Vegeworld Roasted chicken
- 1 pkt Vegeworld Vege Lamb
- 2 tbsp Mint sauce (store bought)
- ½ pcs Lemon juice
- 150 g Asparagus (Batonne)
- 200 g Broccoli (Floret)
- 150 g Carrot (Batonne)
- 250 g Chat Potato (Diced)
- 50 g Margarine/Olive Oil (Melted)
- 20 g Vegetable Oil (optional)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt (To taste)
- 1 tsp Hand-Grind Blackpepper Coarse
- 5 g Fresh Rosemary
- ½ tsp Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Corn On Cob (Optional)
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, scoop Mint sauce into the bowl.Squeeze Lemon juice & mix well. Set aside to serve. Preheat Oven at 210c.
- In a mixing bowl, add in melted margarine,oil,black pepper,salt,smoked paprika & sugar.Mix well.
- Add in all the vege, toss & mix well until all veggies are coated with marination. Lay out on a baking tray.
- Put Vegeworld Roasted Chicken & Vege Lamb(Frozen) into the baking tray. Bake it for 15-25 minutes until it’s cooked.
- Plate it on a nice board/plates, serve with Minty mint sauce.
